What time can I check into my room, and when do I have to check out?
We welcome you for check-in from 3:00 PM. On the day of your departure, the room must be vacated (check-out) before 11:00 AM.
Want to extend your stay? Early check-in and late check-out options are available subject to availability (additional charges apply).
Is the reception desk open at night?
Yes, our reception is open 24/7. Whatever time you arrive, our team will be there to welcome you.
Do you have parking?
Yes, and it's a real bonus! The Birdy Hotel has free private parking on site.
For security reasons, the gate is closed from midnight to 6:30 a.m. (an intercom allows you to enter if you arrive late).
Breakfast & Dining:
What are the restaurant and bar hours?
Chef Edgar Grenier invites you to discover cuisine with Mediterranean flavors. • The restaurant: open Monday through Thursday (lunch and dinner) and Friday for lunch.
Lunch: from 12:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. Dinner: from 7:00 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. • The snack bar: light meals are available from Friday evening to Sunday evening, so you'll never go hungry.
• The bar: open every day from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. (and from 10 a.m. for regular service) for a drink with a view of Sainte-Victoire. Discover our seasonal menu and specialties.
How's breakfast going?
This is a sacred moment in Provence! We offer a full buffet (savory and sweet) served from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at a price of €18 per person.
The little extra: Room service available until 10:30 a.m. (at an additional cost).

What amenities will I find in my room?
All our rooms, decorated in a chic tropical style, are equipped for your comfort: air conditioning, free high-speed Wi-Fi, bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer, flat-screen TV, safe, and courtesy tray.
The added bonus: some rooms offer a private terrace or breathtaking views of the golf course.
Do you offer rooms for families (3 or 4 people)?
Yes, the Birdy is perfect for families! Choose from:
• The Triple Room: Ideal for 3 people (1 double bed + 1 single bed).
• The Family Room (42m²): A very large space for 4 people, consisting of two connecting rooms (1 queen-size bed + 2 single beds) and a balcony. It offers absolute comfort for parents and children.

Is the hotel accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM)?
Yes, we have three rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility (PRM) to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.
Pool & Relaxation
Is the pool open all year round?
Our magnificent outdoor pool is open during the summer season, from April to September (opening April 19). Surrounded by a large sunny terrace and a garden, it is the ideal place to relax. A ping-pong table is also available in the garden.

Is Wi-Fi free?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available free of charge and unlimited throughout the hotel, from the rooms to the meeting rooms.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, your four-legged friends are welcome!
Rate: €15 supplement per animal per day.
For hygiene reasons, animals are not allowed inside the restaurant.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel?
Of course. Secure luggage storage is available free of charge so you can enjoy your day before check-in or after check-out.

How do I get to the hotel from the train station or airport?
We are ideally located in Aix-les-Milles, in a quiet area but close to everything:
• Aix-en-Provence TGV station: 10 minutes by taxi (or 45 minutes by bus).
• Marseille-Provence Airport: 15 minutes by taxi (or 1 hour by public transport).
• Aix-en-Provence city center: 15 to 20 minutes by car.
• Public transportation: The "Les Grottes" stop (lines 15, 101, 161, etc.) is a 7-minute walk away.

How much is the tourist tax?
The tourist tax is €3.27 per person per night. It must be paid directly on site upon arrival.
